Tasting Note

Typical Chenin Blanc aromas of pineapple, litchi and guava. The Roussanne and Viognier add complexity with each component contributing its distinctive characteristics to the blend.

Fruit Source

From selected vineyards in the Agter-Paarl region of South Africa. Primarily dry-farmed bush vines.

Terroir

Mostly Malmesbury Shale soils. Malmesbury Shale has good water retention and the high clay content imparts minerality and fresh acidity to the wines.
